Certified checks. Even in cases where we are not directly involved in project management, we ensure the presence of an observer during the planning, realization and decision-making process through the certification of processes and of building materials.
When the project is directly commissioned by the client, we supply pilotage and the quality and quantity survey; while when we deal with “buyer of something in the future”, we supply due diligence, with the aim of gathering during work phases all the elements necessary to be able to formulate a conclusive judgement regarding respect for what is set out in the contract.
