Designing of a new 1,500 m² building, for commercial use in accordance with the Development Plan called “Fornace” in the Comune of Rubano. The energy class and respect for anti-seismic norms are an essential part of the project; furthermore, in order to contextualise the intervention and harmonise the architectural elements, an architectural prefiguration is proposed which is attentive to the quality of green areas.
